Yogyakarta — The Department of Electrical and Informatics Engineering (DTEDI), Vocational College, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), welcomed a visit from SMA Negeri 4 Malang as part of an academic introduction and higher education exposure program. The activity was held at DTEDI SV UGM and attended by students and accompanying teachers from SMAN 4 Malang.

The program began with participant registration and a screening of the DTEDI SV UGM profile video. Participants also attended a safety induction session as an introduction to the campus environment and safety culture within academic areas. read more

Yogyakarta, April 28, 2026 — The Department of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (DTEDI), Vocational School of Universitas Gadjah Mada, participated in the 2026 Annual Conference of China-Indonesia TVET Industry-Education Alliance (CITIEA) held on April 27–28, 2026, at the Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas (GIK) UGM, Yogyakarta. The event served as a strategic forum for strengthening synergy between vocational education institutions and industries from Indonesia and China.

DTEDI’s participation was realized through attendance at the exhibition and networking sessions, showcasing various information about study programs, academic achievements, and innovations developed within the department. The Department of Electrical Engineering and Informatics (DTEDI), Vocational College Universitas Gadjah Mada, proudly announces that the Journal of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Applied Electronics (JuLIET) has officially achieved an upgraded accreditation ranking to SINTA 2.

This accreditation upgrade is stipulated in the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 295/C/C3/KPT/2026. The accreditation is valid from Volume 5 Issue 2 (2024) through Volume 10 Issue 1 (2029). read more
