1) Benefits

2) Fees
USD10 for each Course (exclude bank transaction fee).
The fee will cover Certificate, Transcript, and Delivery for both documents
3) Eligible Applicants
~ Active students of Vocational College UGM any major
~ Having good communication skills in English and/or Chinese Language
~ Able to follow the whole online courses using Microsoft Teams based on the Topic they choose
~ Permitted and recommended by the Head of Department where they are studying (proven by an official letter)
4) Application Documents
~ CV in English
~ Copy of Academic Transcript
~ Copy of Valid Passport
~ Copy of ID Card (if you don’t have a passport)
~ Motivation Letter
~ Copy of TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS Certificate (if any)
~ Recommendation Letter from Head of Department (in Bahasa is acceptable)
All documents must be submitted online in PDF format to oia.sv@ugm.ac.id with the subject: AU Virtual Exchange Spring 2022_[Name of Applicant] no later than Wednesday, 12 January 2022
